1.Sponsor

The promotion is sponsored by Skyrover (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League (NFL) or the Super Bowl.

2.Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

3.Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PST on January 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 28, 2026.

Winners will be announced on January 29, 2026.

4.How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

Choose one (1) platform to enter. Participants may enter on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Each participant may submit entries on one (1) platform only.

Create and post eligible content. Post one (1) original photo or video inspired by the Big Game on the selected platform. There is no minimum video length requirement. Content must be publicly viewable for the duration of the Promotion Period.

Include the required hashtags. Each entry must include the following hashtags in the post caption: #SkyroverBigGame and #MyBigGameMoment

Tag and follow the Sponsor. Tag at least one (1) friend in the post and follow @skyrovertech on the platform where the entry is submitted.

Entry limits. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries, entries submitted across multiple platforms, or automated submissions may result in disqualification.

5.Entry Requirements

Entries must:

• Be original content created by the participant
• Not infringe upon any third-party rights
• Not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements.

6.Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Ultimate Fan Prize (1 Winner) • Two (2) Super Bowl game tickets • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $16,000 USD

Creator Picks (6 Winners) • Skyrover X1 Fly More Combo (6) • ARV varies by prize

Community Winners (15 Winners) • $100 Amazon Gift Card + Skyrover discount coupon

Total ARV of all prizes: Approximately $23,000 USD

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7.Winner Selection & Judging Criteria

Platform Participation

Each participant may enter the Promotion on one (1) platform only: Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Entries submitted on different platforms will be evaluated separately, except where otherwise stated below.

7.1 Ultimate Fan Prize (1 Winner)

The Ultimate Fan winner will be selected from eligible entries across all participating platforms combined.

Selection will be based on an overall assessment of:

• Engagement performance (including likes, comments, and shares), and
• Overall creativity, relevance to the Big Game theme, and campaign spirit.

No single metric guarantees selection. The Sponsor will use reasonable judgment to determine the winning entry.

7.2 Creator Picks (2 Winners per Platform)

Creator Picks winners will be selected within each platform.

Selection is based on content quality, including but not limited to:

• Creativity and originality
• Storytelling and expression
• Visual appeal and relevance to the campaign theme

Creator Picks are not determined solely by engagement metrics.

7.3 Community Winners (5 Winners per Platform)

Community Winners will be selected separately on each platform.

Selection is based solely on public engagement performance during the Promotion Period, including:

• Likes
• Comments
• Shares

Only engagement generated on the platform where the entry was submitted will be considered.

8.Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via direct message on the platform used for entry within 5 business days following the end of the Promotion Period.

Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9.Ticket Disclaimer

Super Bowl tickets, if awarded, will be obtained through authorized official ticketing platforms and transferred via email or mobile transfer once available.

Sponsor is not responsible for event cancellation, postponement, or restrictions beyond its control.

10.Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

11.Content Rights & Permissions

By submitting an entry, participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, feature, and display the submitted content for non-commercial, brand communication purposes only, including on Sponsor-owned social media channels and websites.

This license does not include paid advertising, commercial resale, or buyout usage.

Any commercial use, paid advertising, or extended licensing of submitted content will require separate written permission and a mutually agreed compensation.

12.Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or platform-related issues.

13.Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
