Repair Service Process
Step 1: Request Online
Contact the official technical support team to discuss the machine's
condition and identify the problem.
Step 2: Ship Your Device
Pack your drone securely (without batteries or propellers/accessories unless necessary). Print the shipping label provided or use your own, and send it to our designated service center.
Step 3: Inspection & Quote
Once received, our certified technicians will perform a full diagnostic test. We will email you a transparent repair quote. If you accept, simply pay the invoice online.
Step 4: Repair & Return
After payment, we will repair and flight-test your device to ensure it meets factory standards. Your gear will be cleaned, packed, and shipped back to you with a tracking number.
