How do I activate SKYROVER Care?
No extra steps are required.
• If purchased with a new drone: The service will be automatically bound to your device and activated upon shipment.
• If purchased separately: The service will be instantly bound to the exact Device Serial Number (SN) you provided at checkout.
Where can I check my purchased service details?
Upon successfully purchasing SKYROVER Care, your official Service Agreement will be sent directly to your email. Please refer to this agreement for detailed information regarding your coverage, benefits, and effective dates.

During the service period, the following main components continue to be covered under the official warranty:
• Gimbal camera assembly
• Flight control system
• Motors
• Main board
[ Not Covered ]
SKYROVER Care does not cover:
• Flyaways or lost aircraft
• Normal wear, tear, and aging
• Intentional damage
• Unauthorized disassembly or modification
• Lost accessories (items not listed in the coverage scope)
Are the replacement products brand new?
Your replacement unit will be brand-new or strictly tested to be equivalent to a brand-new product in both performance and reliability.
Can SKYROVER Care be transferred?
No, the service is non-transferable.

• SKYROVER Care is strictly bound to a specific Device Serial Number (SN).
• Once activated, it cannot be transferred to a different device.
• The service agreement cannot be transferred to another user.
What is the replacement fee for SKYROVER Care?
For approved accidental damage replacement requests, a replacement service fee is required.
• X1 replacement fee: $129
• X1 Combo replacement fee: $149
Two-way shipping is covered by SKYROVER for approved replacement cases.
What you pay when using replacement service?
SKYROVER Care includes the right to request up to 2 eligible replacements during the service period. Each approved replacement requires a replacement service fee.
